My passion for food began at a very young age just south of Brantford in the village of Mount Pleasant.

 

My mother would take orders for her famous homemade breads then stay up all night on Friday to bake and package the warm, butter glazed loaves for my father and I to deliver throughout the village at sunrise Saturday morning.  The aroma was intoxicating and the special times spent in the kitchen with my family will never fade from my memory.

 

The line has been cast and I was hooked.
