My name is chef Ryan.

One of my greatest loves is creating and sharing inspiring, beautiful and tasty dishes made from plants. Even for a chef, switching to veganism can be overwhelming, so I started slowly creating unique dishes from Whole Foods.

Earthrite Foods was born from my dreat to help people along their plant based journey.

None of this would have been possible without the help from the amazing people at Our Kitchen Brantford, guiding me through the procedures and helping me understand how the food business works.

They’ve helped me grow Earthrite Foods so I can share it all with you.

I’m doing something I love with my talents and am so grateful to OKB.
