I’ve been in the kitchen all my life–and not just as a result of bringing up 4 kids as a single mom. No, it’s because the kitchen is where I’ve always loved to be. First with my mother, later with my kids, and now in introducing Good Bits Foods to you.

Good Bits Foods is a release of all that I’ve experienced, learned and prepared.

It’s also about the future and what I will create next. I love to experiment with new and different foods, spices and cooking styles.  And I love an audience…to see their reactions to my food and to get feedback and create another new and different dish.
